ACCESS TO CARE
Out-of-network patients may have reimbursement options through their health plans. A complimentary review helps you understand what is available before you decide.
Contact the practice for a complimentary benefits review and worksheet before your first appointment.
We can help review network status, deductibles and benefits, and discuss an estimate of your individual costs.
Discuss care and payment arrangements with the practice. Make an informed choice with your goals at the center.
Benefits and reimbursement vary by plan. A review does not guarantee payment by your insurer.

You can usually start physical therapy in California without a referral, subject to direct-access rules. Beyond 45 calendar days or 12 visits, whichever comes first, appropriate approval of your plan of care is required. Your insurance plan may have separate referral or authorization requirements. Read about direct access.
You can still choose Advanced Balance for your care. Your plan may include out-of-network benefits or reimbursement options. We can help you review what is available, including any deductible, coinsurance, or claim requirements. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your individual plan.
Yes. Contact us before your first appointment for a complimentary benefits review and worksheet. We’ll help you understand your plan and estimated costs. A benefits review is an estimate; your insurer determines final coverage and reimbursement.
Your therapist will recommend a plan after your evaluation, based on your goals, clinical needs, and starting point. We review your progress together and adjust care as needed. There is no single visit count that fits everyone.
